Harshita is a 17-year old social change leader aspiring to expand her knowledge and skills in medicine and business. She has an energetic personality leading to her love of obtaining new skills to further her goal of creating a health technology company. She has an extremely enthusiastic personality leading to her passions of social change, medicine, investing, and business management and administration. 

Harshita is the co-founder, co-executive director, and Head of Operations at uEmpower, diving into her lifelong goal of empowering women worldwide to climb the career ladder. She is the CEO at Blue Owl Tutors and co-creator of the "coolkidsinchem" website, allowing her to expand on her love for teaching students in her community. Further, Harshita is the Director of Research at Medpossibility pursuing her goal gaining a deeper understanding on medical topics while educating others on those topics. She is strongly devoted to  social change and educating our youth for a greater future.
